• Mentor associate attorneys in your office.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
• Follow established firm standard operating procedures.
• Case strategy leadership.
• Client relationship management.
• Contribution to firm culture and process improvement.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active admission to the Florida Bar.
• Previous family law experience.
• Excellent negotiation and mediation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex cases independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
