Key Responsibilities Advise on legal areas related to privacy, cybersecurity, and AI governance laws Provide solutions-oriented advice on AI/ML, data privacy, and cybersecurity issues Monitor regulatory trends and drive internal training on privacy and data protection obligations
Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience as a practicing lawyer with a focus on security and data privacy issues Proactive team player with a solutions-oriented approach and a growth mindset Deep knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations, including GLBA and CCPA Experience conducting privacy and/or AI governance reviews Preferred experience advising companies in payments, credit reporting, or fraud sectors
