Store Manager for Spare Parts

Reporting to the business owner, you will manage the spare parts store for both private and professional clients. Under the direction of the store manager, you will handle customer transactions. You will develop promotional campaigns and manage supplies from suppliers. Your main duties include: welcoming customers, selling parts and supplies, preparing parts for the workshop and after-sales service, receiving goods, checking delivered quantities, arranging the self-service area to make it attractive, developing the commercial offer, managing inventory and placing orders.

Loading, unloading, and handling products, monitoring stock in real time, packaging products, storing products, managing inventory, operating a material handling or construction site vehicle, organizing storage space, organizing order processing, participating in inventory, practicing safe handling and posture, following procedures, operational modes, and instructions, respecting warehouse safety standards, respecting safety procedures during loading and unloading, alerting in case of problem or emergency, monitoring stock levels and placing orders accordingly, processing orders and preparing shipments, using digital tools.

Ability to plan, prioritize, anticipate actions, taking into account means, resources, objectives, and schedule to achieve them. Demonstrating rigor and precision:
Ability to perform tasks following exactly the rules, procedures, and instructions provided, without making errors and to clearly transmit information. Being punctual and respectful of usual codes of conduct.
