Position

Merchandiser – Part‑time, Non‑Exempt – Naples, FL

• Competitive wage: $16 per hour. Travel time between accounts is paid.

Assigned stores are serviced on designated weekdays according to the established schedule.

Travel expected up to 100% of the time to cover territory.

• General merchandising experience preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to multitask and detail‑oriented.
• Conduct yourself in a professional manner.
• Adherence to the company’s attendance policy.
• Reliable transportation for travel.
• Able to use Movista and/or other company‑required applications.
• Have a personal cell phone and mobile device, such as a tablet.
• Proficient with Word, the internet, and email applications.

Employment contingent on background check, 4‑panel drug test (does not include THC), and MVR clearance.

• Work within a retail environment to effectively merchandise products by applying appropriate store and/or corporate standards.
• Replenish product safely and efficiently; assemble shelves, racks, and display cases following measurement guidelines.
• Service all stores as scheduled within the allotted hours provided by the supervisor. Seek prior approval before working outside scheduled hours.
• Contact supervisor before working more than 10 hours in a workday or overtime.
• Accurately record work hours and other company‑related information using designated applications.
• Discuss duties requested by store personnel not listed herein with supervisor before performing those duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Work stores as scheduled.
• Handle all product correctly, including returns.
• Follow planograms (POGs), flowcharts, etc.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisor.
• Develop relationships with store personnel.

On the job the employee must:

• Frequently bend, squat, stand, walk, handle objects (manual dexterity), use fine finger movements.
• Occasionally sit, climb, kneel, and push/pull.
• Not crawl.
• Not reach above shoulder level (occational).

• Frequently read, comprehend, write, perform calculations, communicate orally, reason, and analyze.
• Occasionally other tasks as required.

The employee may be exposed to:

• Noise, moving machinery, changes in temperature and/or humidity (none significant).
• Dust, fumes, gases, radiation, microwave radiation (none significant).
• No driving of motorized equipment and no work in confined quarters.

• Frequently lift light loads (up to 25 lbs.) and moderate loads (25–50 lbs.).
• Occasionally lift heavy loads (over 50 lbs.).
