Overnight Engineer

Provide service and repairs to hotel equipment—including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC, refrigeration, interior finishing, paint, and décor—while responding to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comply with all Four Seasons policies.

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Three months to one year of related experience with Four Seasons or a comparable organization.
• Working technical knowledge of general building maintenance.
• Computer proficiency.
• Fluent in reading, speaking, and writing English.

• Perform preventive maintenance of all equipment and update appropriate logs.
• Repair equipment including motors, starters, breakers, chillers and associated components throughout the building.
• Comply with Four Seasons Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Collaborate harmoniously with co‑workers and supervisors.
• Respond to guest calls regarding maintenance in rooms or public areas in a timely manner.
• Respond to all emergency conditions such as fires, power failures, etc.
• Clean all engineering stations, grease traps, and plumbing stoppages to maintain an organized department and hotel.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Support the installation or relocation of additional or existing equipment when necessary.
• Assist with energy conservation programs.
• Support installation of electrical and mechanical systems for renovations, outlet additions, and associated equipment, including electrical setups for exhibits.
