Maintenance Assistant with Driving Responsibilities

Pineapple House is excited to welcome a dedicated and versatile individual to join our team as a full-time Maintenance Assistant. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the upkeep and smooth operation of our community while also providing driving support. We are looking for a proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented professional who takes pride in maintaining a welcoming environment for our residents.

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks throughout the community to ensure safety and functionality
• Assist with landscaping, cleaning, and other upkeep duties as needed
• Drive community vehicles to transport residents, staff, or supplies safely and efficiently
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and report any issues requiring attention
• Support special projects or events that require logistical assistance
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and vehicle usage

• Proven experience in maintenance, repair, or related roles
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks and operate various tools and equipment
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
