Pineapple House, a premier Assisted Living Community, is seeking a dedicated and qualified Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This position is essential in ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our beautiful community.

• Oversee and manage all maintenance operations within the community.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs.
• Coordinate and perform repairs and preventive maintenance on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Supervise and train maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ordering as necessary.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding facility maintenance.

• Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably in a residential or assisted living setting.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills for maintenance management software.
