We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our back-office accounting departments. This role is responsible for driving accuracy, efficiency, and accountability across key accounting functions while leading and developing a high-performing team. The ideal candidate is an independent thinker and self-starter who takes ownership of responsibilities, communicates effectively, and operates with a high level of professionalism and discretion.

This position requires a confident people leader who can manage teams, improve processes, and partner effectively with leadership in a fast-paced, multi-location environment while handling sensitive financial and operational information with integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee daily operations for Accounts Payable (Vendors & Suppliers), Reconciliation, and select Corporate Office Administrative functions as needed
    .
  • Lead, supervise, and develop a team of 5–10+ employees
    , setting clear expectations, providing coaching, and driving accountability and performance.
  • Review and approve payments, reconciliations, and accounting workflows to ensure accuracy, compliance, and strong internal controls.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability across accounting operations.
  • Collaborate closely with Accounting and Operations leadership to align priorities, communicate clearly, and support overall business objectives.
  • Maintain organization and oversight of the corporate office accounting environment, demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail.

  • 5+ years of experience in accounting management, accounting administration, or business operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred.
