The Regional Launch Department Manager collaborates and leads a team that ensures building relationships with boards as well as POA offices for assigned properties. The incumbent collaborates cross functionally to implement and oversee the launch process and teams’ activities throughout their assigned territory, including common areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner with the Area leadership to ensure that all development projects are designed, financed and constructed in a manner which is consistent with contractual obligations and company standards.
  • Partner with the appropriate departments to ensure that geographical staffing is consistent with the pipeline of new projects coming online.
  • Provide support and training to the Launch Account Managers (LAM).
  • Determine required staffing based on unit count, community and property type.
  • Responsible to assign Launch Account Managers to work at each property.
  • Proactive approach to determine project requirements, contractual obligations based on contracts.
  • Attend Board Meetings at properties on behalf of Hotwire Communications.
  • Participate in weekly conference calls for all Launch Projects.
  • Participate in internal management meetings and discuss status of launch projects.
  • Handle VIP’s/Special request from property management personally.
  • Responsible to confirm with team deliverables are on track and met by project deadline.
  • Responsible to identify any needs for the launch team.
  • Attend Kick off meeting, prepare and present Installation phase of the launch.
  • Coordinate Launch Account manager introduction to each launch project.
  • Communicate with operation manager any technical needs.
  • Attend all operations meetings for manpower and quota allocations.
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or appropriate equivalent from an accredited university
  • At least 3 years’ telecommunications industry experience with account management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of cable and telecommunications products and services a plus
  • An innovative thinker and a creative problem solver who identifies and resolves customer issues
  • Demonstrated ability to incorporate customer service standards into all employee job responsibilities.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to roll up his/her sleeves and be a “hands‑on” leader
  • Experience in customer‑facing roles in sales, project management, customer service and/or technical support.
