Job Description
If you have proven solid upper management skills in operations that is either in or related to the construction industry consider this position with a solid established company.
You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations.
Responsibilities- Manage and improve operational practices
- Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines
- Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
- Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams
- Formalize policies and procedures in accordance to HR regulations
4 year degree is to show initial competence and stability of work experience that has been gained.
- Previous experience in operations or other related fields
- Strong project management skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Proficient in the English ; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
