Overview
ABC Supply Outdoor Solutions, a division of ABC Supply Company, seeks a logistics professional to join its team at the off‑site location. The position reports to the branch manager and supports daily off‑site operations, security, and business growth. Responsibilities- Daily operations of the off‑site location, ensuring a safe environment for associates and customers.
- Maintain security of the physical site and safeguard company assets.
- Assist the branch manager in staffing, HR, procurement, inventory control, marketing, P&L, finance, associate engagement, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Support continual process improvement in employee engagement and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all Customer Service Delivery System (CSDS) processes.
- Promote and market product lines as requested by the branch manager.
- Generate pick‑tickets, credit memos, return material authorizations and other Agility procedures.
- Conduct daily cash balance, cash drawer(s) and daily deposits.
- Travel to company events occasionally, as requested.
- Collaborate with the branch manager and local outside sales force on market pricing to maintain competitiveness.
- Monitor inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Conduct monthly safety inspections, safety meetings and preventative maintenance on any power units.
- Assist the CFS staff and main branch manager on accounts receivable and collections.
- Supervise staff daily, including hours of work.
- Other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager.
- Spanish/English bilingual speaking required.
- Previous and proven experience in a leadership role.
- Strong product knowledge across various product groups/materials offered at the location.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills and ability to calculate figures such as discounts, multipliers, and gross profit.
- Read, write and speak English fluently.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple service needs simultaneously.
