Outreach Manager Vi at Bentley Village is seeking an experienced and compassionate Outreach Manager to serve as a liaison between hospitals, physicians, families, payors, and our Skilled Nursing Facility. This position is responsible for:
* Identifying opportunities for promoting the community and coordinating referral, outreach events or activities to attract and secure referrals that result in admissions.
* Developing and evaluating a quarterly/annual outreach and marketing plan.
* Representing the company and establishing relationships with business and community leaders as well as conducting public speaking engagements and tours of the community and care center.
* Partnering with the Sales Director to identify potential care center residents.

Qualifications:

Qualified applicants must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, public relations, and/or marketing, preferably in health care.

Experience with community outreach and presentation to various size groups, organizations and individuals preferred;
College degree is required.  Must possess a valid and current state driver's license. Additional requirements include:
* Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills including public speaking.
* Ability to network with local community leaders, organizations, and professionals.
* Knowledge of operations, services and continuum of care in all venues in the community.
