Treviso Bay is a premier master‑planned community consisting of approximately 1,432 homes, including homeowners' associations and condominium associations. This position will work closely with the General Manager/COO, Boards of Directors, residents, committees, and vendors to support the daily operations of the community and maintain the high standards expected by our membership. Experience managing both HOA (Chapter 720) and Condominium (Chapter 718) associations is required.
Responsibilities- Assist with the day‑to‑day administration and operation of the Association.
- Serve as a liaison between residents, Board Members, committees, vendors, and management.
- Assist with architectural review processes and compliance programs.
- Coordinate vendor services and contract administration.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting materials, and management updates.
- Attend Board meetings, committee meetings, membership meetings, and hearings as required.
- Support budgeting, financial review, reserve planning, and collections processes.
- Ensure compliance with governing documents and Florida Statutes.
- Respond to homeowner inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Active Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) License.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of Community Association Management experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Florida Statute 720 (Homeowners' Associations).
- Strong working knowledge of Florida Statute 718 (Condominium Associations).
- Experience supporting Boards of Directors and community committees.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and association management software.
- Experience managing large‑scale master‑planned communities.
- Experience working with multiple Boards of Directors and condominium sub‑associations.
- Experience with multiple associations and complex governance structures.
- Budgeting, reserve planning, and financial management experience.
