We support building owners, investors, and tenants through every phase of a building’s lifecycle from construction and acquisition through upgrades and renovation to disposition.

Senior Project Managers deliver consulting services, manage projects and client relationships, support technical excellence, train and mentor staff, and contribute to business development. Responsibilities may include building enclosure assessments, design consulting, construction administration, investigations, rehabilitation, new construction, and other specialized services. Responsibilities vary based on experience, location, and market focus.
