Position Overview
Branch Manager I within PNC's Retail Branch organization, based at the Naples First Avenue Branch located at 109 9th Street South, Naples, Florida 34102. The role is in‑office and requires collaboration, inclusion, and delivery of a seamless omni‑channel customer experience.
Responsibilities- Lead all aspects of branch performance, driving revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions.
- Create a differentiated customer experience that makes banking easy in an omni‑channel environment.
- Collaborate with eco‑system partners and manage risk, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.
- Build a high‑performing team through talent attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development.
- Utilize a branded sales process to achieve sales targets and customer loyalty.
- Grow branch revenue via acquisition and share‑of‑wallet growth of consumer and business households.
- Drive business banking results through development and community involvement activities.
- Coach team members to consultative selling to drive results and enable customer financial well‑being.
- Manage and coach delivery of a differentiated client experience, encouraging technology‑enabled interactions.
- Lead effective problem resolution, making banking easy for customers.
- Connect across PNC to deliver a seamless customer experience in an omni‑channel environment.
- Drive the employee experience, acquire and retain talent through onboarding, coaching, and development.
- Ensure employees achieve performance and activity expectations through ongoing performance management.
- Model PNC values by cultivating and supporting an inclusive workplace.
- Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risk; exercise leadership, authority, and sound decision making to mitigate sales practice risk.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated accountability, banking knowledge, client counseling, customer experience (CX), and customer loyalty.
- Strong decision making, people management, proactive behavior, and results‑oriented competencies.
- Experience in branch banking services, digital awareness, effective communications, managing multiple priorities, and sales management.
- At least 3+ years of related experience; related work experience, product knowledge, or equivalent military service may be considered.
- No university degree required, but a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience will be evaluated.
