United Water Restoration Group is a full-service restoration company specializing in returning properties and facilities back to their pre-loss condition after emergency or catastrophic situations, like water/flood damage, mold, fire, and other instances of damage. We provide construction and restoration services, including emergency water damage services, water extraction, demolition of affected building materials, structural drying, fire remediation, smoke and soot removal with odor control, and mold assessment and remediation services.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee operations within a designated region. The successful candidate will lead a team, coordinate mitigation and reconstruction projects, ensure compliance with industry standards, and foster strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities include managing and supervising mitigation projects across the assigned area, leading and developing a team of technicians and specialists, coordinating with clients, insurers, and vendors to ensure project success, ensuring all operations comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies, monitoring project progress, budgets, and timelines, conducting site inspections and quality control, developing and implementing area growth strategies, and preparing reports and maintaining documentation of activities and performance metrics.

Qualifications include proven experience in disaster mitigation, restoration, or construction fields, strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, knowledge of industry standards and safety protocols, and a valid driver's license and ability to travel within the region.

Preferred skills include prior experience as an General Manager or similar leadership role, technical knowledge of mitigation equipment and techniques, and familiarity with safety regulations and environmental standards.
