Overview

The Role: We are looking for a full-time practice manager to join our team. You will report to the practice owner/founder and assist with the day-to-day running of the operational side of the clinic. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with extraordinary attention to detail and a proven track record of performance management. If you need hand holding, to be told what to do, or you require someone else to organize you, this is not for you.

If you enjoy being the pivotal person in a busy team, building processes and workflows, and you want to join a team that works together and supports each other while enjoying hard work, then we should talk.

The right person is likely to have been supervising or managing a team for at least two years and should be ready to step up to a role with significant growth and career opportunities as we continue to expand. You will be responsible for managing a team of Physical Therapists and Administrative staff, ensuring company KPI targets are met, and ensuring internal procedures are documented, continually developed, and adhered to by staff.

You will also help ensure the company culture is improved and daily rituals are maintained.
