What You'll Do:

* Provide overall leadership for all aspects of community operations, including resident services, clinical support, dining, maintenance, life enrichment, sales and administrative functions

* Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders while building a collaborative and engaged workplace

* Drive occupancy and financial performance through strategic planning and partnership with sales and marketing teams

* Develop and manage operating budgets while ensuring fiscal responsibility

* Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, healthcare partners, and the local community

* Partner with regional leadership to execute organizational goals and long-term strategic initiatives

What We're Looking For:

* Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, hospitality, or related field

* 5+ years of progressive leadership experience within senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related service industry

* Provide experience leading large teams and managing multi-department operations

* Strong financial acumen, including budget, forecasting, and operational planning

* Exceptional communication, relationship building, and leadership skills

* Passion for serving older adults and creating exceptional resident experiences

Estimated Salary: $151,000 - $189,000

The actual title & salary will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
