- Provide overall leadership for all aspects of community operations, including resident services, clinical support, dining, maintenance, life enrichment, sales and administrative functions
- Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders while building a collaborative and engaged workplace
- Drive occupancy and financial performance through strategic planning and partnership with sales and marketing teams
- Develop and manage operating budgets while ensuring fiscal responsibility
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, healthcare partners, and the local community
- Partner with regional leadership to execute organizational goals and long-term strategic initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, hospitality, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience within senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related service industry
- Provide experience leading large teams and managing multi-department operations
- Strong financial acumen, including budget, forecasting, and operational planning
- Exceptional communication, relationship building, and leadership skills
- Passion for serving older adults and creating exceptional resident experiences
