Vi at Bentley Village is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outreach Manager to lead census development and community outreach efforts for our skilled nursing facility. The Outreach Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining referral relationships, promoting the facility's services, increasing occupancy, and enhancing the organization's reputation within the healthcare community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive admissions and increase census.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, assisted living communities, home health agencies, and other referral sources.
  • Conduct regular visits to referral partners and community organizations.
  • Coordinate facility tours for prospective residents, families, and referral partners.
  • Represent the facility at networking events, health fairs, and community outreach activities.
  • Track referral activity, admissions data, and marketing performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth admission processes.
Qualifications

Qualified applicants must possess a minimum of five years of healthcare marketing, admissions or business development experience.

College degree is required. Must possess a valid and current state driver's license.

Additional requirements include:
Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills including public speaking. Ability to network with local community leaders, organizations, and professionals. Knowledge of operations, services and continuum of care in all venues in the community.
