• Financial & Operational Oversight: Full accountability for restaurant profitability, inventory control, labor budgeting, and guest satisfaction metrics.
• Talent Management: Drive the recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and retention of all café team members and shift leaders.
• Brand Standards: Ensure complete compliance with all health, safety, food handling, and brand specifications to deliver top‑tier food and smoothie quality.
• Hospitality Excellence: Role model and enforce "Unparalleled Hospitality" standards so that every single customer has a flawless, pleasant visit.
