Stocking Coach, Non-Complex, Management

Position Summary

Lead and develop high‑performing store teams by providing coaching, training, and continuous feedback. Drive customer service excellence, ensuring all associates model the One Best Way (OBW) service standards and resolve customer issues effectively. Oversee financial performance, including profit & loss analysis, budgeting, and inventory management to meet sales and profit goals.

• Teach and mentor hourly associates through hiring, training, and performance management.
• Communicate and collaborate with all associate levels to implement store operations and company initiatives.
• Implement action plans to correct deficiencies, improve processes, and mitigate shrink.
• Review PL statements, manage budgeting and forecasting, and control expenses to ensure sales alignment.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, community outreach, and the open‑door policy.
• Build inclusive teams that embrace diversity, support belonging, and promote continuous learning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and regulatory requirements.
• Act with integrity, serve customers first, and drive continuous improvements using data insights.

• 2 years of college education, OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience, OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Successfully complete required background and firearms‑specific training where applicable.
• Attend and complete all job‑required trainings and assessments.

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership (Live Better U or similar).
• Experience supervising 5+ direct reports with responsibilities in performance management, mentoring, hiring, and terminating.

• Annual base salary range: $65,000.00 – $, plus performance bonuses.
