Assistant General Manager
SSA Group at Naples Zoo is looking for a talented Assistant General Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities include coaching, supervising, and directing all department managers to meet operational needs on a daily basis, managing personnel schedules, assisting in developing training standards, working with the Executive Chef and Retail Operations Manager to track and budget inventory, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, upholding company policies, forecasting sales, managing payroll, and supporting the General Manager in oversight of all departments.
Job requirements include strong interpersonal and communication skills, proven leadership skills, exceptional problem solving and decision making abilities, financial management, merchandising, analytical, planning, and leadership skills, and the ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment. Computer knowledge and physical ability to stand for extended periods and to move and handle boxes are also required.
Previous experience in operations management is preferred, and Serv Safe or Food Handling Certification is a plus. All education backgrounds are accepted, and candidates must be 18 or older.
