YMCA OF COLLIER COUNTY INC is seeking an After School Site Director to lead the program for K-5 students. You will oversee program development, supervision of counselors and volunteers, and ensure compliance with YMCA, RFQ, and DCF standards.
The role requires coordinating with parents and school staff, maintaining records, and reporting to the Regional Department Manager. Hours are Monday–Friday 2–6:30pm with full-day shifts when CCPS schools close.
