Position Summary Moorings Park is seeking a dedicated and talented Assistant Project Manager to join our team. The Assistant Project Manager is a dual support role that will provide support to the VP of Strategic Development and the Director of Construction and Design Services for the oversight of renovation of residential apartment units and capital projects within the Moorings Park campuses.
This position will also work along with and support other positions within the department and throughout the Moorings Park Institute (MPI)
Key Contributions
Partners with architects, engineers, and design professionals to develop comprehensive project plans, construction cost budget, and timeline.
Coordinates campus projects in collaboration with the Renovation and Construction Director and VP of Strategic Development.
Develops and presents accurate project timelines, budgets, and cost estimates.
Oversees installation of materials and design elements, ensuring adherence to specifications.
Conducts final walkthroughs with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Stays current with industry trends, materials, and best practices in senior living construction.
Leads and manages contractors and vendors with professionalism and clear direction.
Utilizes project management software to track progress, manage selections, and document milestones.
Demonstrates initiative and commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
