The Case Processing Manager II manages a team of approximately 21 staff members within the Florida Department of Revenue's Child Support Program in Naples. Keyqualifications:
- Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue
- 2 years of experience working in a Child Support Program
- 2 years of supervisory experience over operational positions
- 2 years of customer service experience
- 2 years of experience in leadership and direction to a work unit or team including performance review and conflict resolution
