PSE Group in Florida is seeking a Paint Color Matcher and Mixer to accurately create and adjust color formulations for coatings, blending pigments, resins, solvents, and additives according to customer specs or existing formulas.
You will verify colors with spectrophotometers and visual checks, test finishes for gloss and durability, collaborate with production and suppliers, and maintain detailed records of formulas and batch results in a laboratory/production setting.
