Position OverviewAs a Marketing Director at a high‑volume, $10 million+ free‑standing Chick‑fil‑A location, you will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive local marketing strategy that drives guest engagement, builds brand awareness, and increases restaurant sales. This position offers direct access to Chick‑fil‑A corporate marketing resources
, training, and national campaigns.
- Develop and execute local store marketing (LSM) strategies to drive brand awareness and customer traffic
- Plan, promote, and oversee community events
, sponsor ships, and partnerships - Create content and manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Analyze campaign performance using key marketing metrics and adjust strategy as needed
- Collaborate with the Operator and leadership team to align marketing goals with business objectives
- Manage marketing budget and track return on investment (ROI)
- Represent the Chick‑fil‑A brand in a professional, consistent, and community‑focused manner
- Utilize corporate‑provided marketing materials, toolkits, and training programs
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing

, or a related field (or equivalent experience) - 1+ year of marketing experience (restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Proficient in using social media platforms and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark)
- Self‑motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Passionate about the Chick‑fil‑A brand and aligned with its values
- Experience with event planning
