Position Summary
At America's fastest growing UV and Spray Tanning company, Zoom Tan is looking for a creative, innovative, and strategic Social Media & Marketing Manager to lead the company's social media presence while developing marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, engage customers, and drive business growth.
Based out of our Corporate Office in beautiful Naples, Florida, this position will serve as the voice and personality of the Zoom Tan brand across all digital platforms. This individual will be responsible for developing creative marketing concepts, producing engaging content, executing promotional campaigns, managing all social media platforms, and identifying new ways to grow brand awareness and customer engagement.
Social Media Management- Own and manage all Zoom Tan social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, You Tube, and emerging platforms.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with company goals and brand identity.
- Create, film, edit, and publish engaging photo and video content.
- Develop monthly content calendars and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to capitalize on trending content.
- Build audience engagement by creating content that encourages interaction, conversation, and community growth.
- Respond to comments, messages, and reviews as appropriate.
- Analyze engagement metrics and continuously improve content performance.
- Develop creative marketing ideas that increase customer traffic, memberships, retail sales, and overall brand awareness.
- Brainstorm and execute innovative campaigns for seasonal promotions, new products, contests, giveaways, grand openings, and special events.
- Maintain and evolve Zoom Tan's brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
- Ensure all marketing materials reflect a consistent brand image and messaging.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop fresh ideas that support company growth and customer engagement.
- Serve as the primary content creator for the company.
- Capture photo and video content at corporate events and salon locations.
- Write compelling copy for social media, email marketing, advertisements, blogs, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate graphic design and creative assets as needed.
- Stay current on social media best practices, content trends, and platform updates.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
- Coordinate email and SMS marketing campaigns.
- Assist with website content updates.
- Support paid social media and digital advertising campaigns.
- Track campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements based on analytics.
- Work closely with Operations, HR, Customer Service, and Executive Leadership to support company initiatives.
- Promote company culture through employee recognition, recruiting campaigns, and internal communications.
- Visit salon locations to create engaging content and support marketing initiatives.
- Generate new ideas that strengthen the Zoom Tan brand and improve the customer experience.
- Monitor and report on social media growth and engagement.
- Track marketing campaign performance and ROI.
- Identify opportunities for increased engagement and customer acquisition.
- Provide regular reports and recommendations to leadership.
This position is based out of the Zoom Tan Corporate Office in Naples, Florida and is not a remote position. The Social Media & Marketing Manager is expected to work onsite during normal business hours and collaborate closely with the Executive Leadership, Operations, HR, Customer Service, and salon teams. Occasional travel to salon locations may be required to capture content, support grand openings, promotional events, and other company initiatives.
Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to support marketing campaigns, content creation, or special events.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
Experience25 years of experience managing social media and marketing campaigns. Experience creating engaging digital content for consumer brands. Experience with photography, videography, and content editing preferred. Retail, beauty, fitness, hospitality, or lifestyle brand experience is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities- Extensive knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, You Tube, and emerging social platforms.
- Strong understanding of branding and brand storytelling.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Cap Cut, or similar editing software.
- Strong photography and videography skills.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
