With five exclusive cigar bar and lounge locations across the United States, we offer a unique blend of upscale ambiance, premium products, and exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to lead all marketing efforts related to our retail operations.
Responsibilities- Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic, sales, and brand awareness for each cigar lounge.
- Lead local and national promotional efforts, including events, social media, email marketing, and in-store activations.
- Collaborate with lounge managers to understand local market dynamics and customer preferences.
- Oversee content creation for digital and print materials—ads, signage, newsletters, and web updates.
- Manage social media accounts and digital presence for all lounge locations, including paid and organic strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and customer data to inform marketing strategy and improve ROI.
- Coordinate with design and video teams to maintain brand alignment across all touchpoints.
- Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships for retail-related initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, luxury lifestyle, or retail.
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Meta, Mailchimp, Google Ads, Canva/Adobe Suite).
- Ability to travel occasionally to visit lounge locations across the U.S.
- A passion for cigars or luxury hospitality is a strong plus.
