Social Media Intern

Please Note:

This is an in-person position located in our Corporate Office in Naples, Florida.

• Assist with creating, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok, and X.
• Help develop creative content such as graphics, short videos, reels, stories, and blog posts.
• Monitor social media channels and engage with followers by responding to comments and messages when appropriate.
• Research industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging social media best practices.
• Support the development and maintenance of social media content calendars.
• Assist in capturing photos and videos for social media campaigns and company events.
• Track and report on social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and follower growth.
• Collaborate with team members on marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Brainstorm new content ideas to increase audience engagement and brand awareness.
• Manage brand ambassador program by recruiting new members to the team and making sure current members are submitting requirements on time.
• Communicate with salons to get new content from current employees.
• Send out monthly newsletter to salons including new content ideas and current trends.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and current trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Cap Cut, or similar design and editing tools.
• Experience managing personal, school, or organizational social media accounts.
• Basic photography, video editing, or graphic design skills.
• Understanding of social media analytics and content performance metrics.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• U.S. Work Authorization: (Required)
• Must be able to work at Corporate Office located in beautiful Naples, Florida (Required)

Hourly rate: $15-$17

Maximum of 25 hours per week
