Naples Therapeutic Riding Center is seeking an outgoing Volunteer Coordinator to join our Volunteer Services team. You will manage a community of 500+ volunteers and assist in filling 150+ weekly positions across our programs.
This role requires strong people skills, tech savvy, and the ability to organize schedules, maintain records in WRANGLR, and build positive relationships. No horse experience is required.
