The Ketamine Infusion Nurse is responsible for safely administering ketamine infusions for patients undergoing treatment for mental health and/or chronic pain conditions. This role includes patient assessment, IV placement, medication administration, continuous monitoring during infusions, documentation, and patient education. The nurse works closely with the supervising provider to ensure adherence to clinical protocols, patient safety, and a high-quality patient experience.
Public - Required Skills- Active RN license
- IV therapy and patient monitoring experience
- ACLS/BLS certification (ACLS often preferred)
- Comfort working in an outpatient or clinic-based setting
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Active RN license
