Cardiothoracic RN Navigator — Lead Care & Referrals

MASC Medical in Naples is seeking a Registered Nurse - Cardiothoracic Navigator with a salary of up to $85,000 annually. The RN will work independently to plan and implement nursing care for cardiac patients and collaborate closely with the Cardiac Surgery department. Key responsibilities include triaging referrals, educating patients, and ensuring safe and effective nursing services. Applicants must be licensed as a RN in Florida with a BSN preferred and at least two years of cardiac care experience.
