• Patient Assessment:
  Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, mental, and emotional health, including vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and disease management.

  Develop individualized care plans that address patients' specific needs and goals, including medication administration, wound care, and disease management.

  Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and self‑care techniques to promote independence and improve health outcomes.
• Clinical Interventions:
  Provide direct patient care, including wound care, medication administration, injections, and IV therapy.
• Collaboration:
  
  Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Documentation:
  Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and progress notes.
• Compliance:
  Adhere to all relevant regulatory standards, including HIPAA and Medicare regulations.

• Licensure:
  Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 1 year of hospital or skilled nursing facility experience is required.
• Skills:
