We are seeking a skilled and compassionate PRN Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team in Naples, FL. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment and have experience in both pre‑operative and post‑operative patient care. This role requires proficiency in starting IVs and delivering high‑quality nursing care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Provide nursing care to patients in pre‑op and post‑op settings, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Start and manage intravenous lines efficiently and safely.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Adapt quickly to the demands of a fast‑paced clinical environment.
• Educate patients and their families regarding pre‑op and post‑op care instructions.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated experience in pre‑operative and post‑operative nursing care.
• Proficient in starting and managing IVs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

This is a PRN (as‑needed) position with flexible scheduling based on patient volume and departmental needs.
