BEHAVIORAL HEALTH / PSYCH REGISTERED NURSE, RN - Home Health Visits
PRN/Per Diem Positions Available!
Provide the highest quality of care for home health patients in a professional and compassionate manner. You will work with other disciplines to maximize patient outcomes, be a patient advocate, and communicate with their primary doctor, clinical team manager, and other team members to manage the patient’s care.

Qualifications- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
- Minimum 1-year (BSN Degree) or 2 years (ASN degree) Behavioral Health/Psych nursing experience and/or certification required.
- 1 year of experience in Acute Care and/or Med‑Surg preferred.
- Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
