Travel Nurse Source  is working with Health Advocates Network to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Naples, Florida, 34110! Pay:
From $32.45 per hour.

• Provide direct nursing care to patients throughout labor, delivery, and recovery
• Utilize fetal monitoring systems to assess and monitor fetal wellbeing
• Demonstrate competence in fetal heart monitoring, internal scalp electrode placement, and related procedures
• Assess patients, identify obstetrical and neonatal nursing diagnoses, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
• Safely administer medications, including Tocolytic agents, and monitor patient response
• Circulate and assist during Cesarean section and GYN procedures
• Recover patients following Cesarean sections and surgical procedures
• Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
• Educate patients and families throughout the labor and delivery process
• Maintain readiness of equipment and respond effectively to obstetrical emergencies
• Participate in ongoing education, training, and quality improvement initiatives

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
• Strong fetal monitoring and obstetrical nursing skills
• Ability to circulate and recover Cesarean section and GYN cases
• Ability to safely administer obstetrical medications, including Tocolytic agents

• NRP certification within 90 days of hire and maintained
• STABLE certification within 1 year of hire and maintained
• Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification within 6 months of hire and maintained
• Basic cardiology certification within 60 days of hire and updated annually
• Intermediate Fetal Monitoring course within 6 months of hire and fetal monitoring updates every 2 years

• RNC-OB certification
• Experience in high-volume Labor and Delivery settings

• Starting pay at $32.45 per hour
• Shift differentials:
  Nights +$5.00 per hour;
  Weekends +$2.00 per hour;
  Critical Care +$2.00 per hour
• $10,000 sign-on bonus (Must have 2 years of L&D experience to qualify)
