The RN Charge oversees unit operations, supervises staff, coordinates care with healthcare teams, and ensures compliance with hospital policies to deliver high-quality patient care.
The role requires 1–2 years of nursing experience, state RN licensure, and BLS. ACLS is preferred as part of the qualifications for this leadership position in a busy Med/Surg unit.
