Avow Hospice in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a dedicated full-time Registered Nurse for our Crisis Care Team. You will provide compassionate hospice care, assess and manage pain and symptoms, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to plan and direct services for patients and families.
Responsibilities include cross-training, supervising LPNs and HHAs, and thorough documentation in the EMR. Florida RN license and CPR are required; CHPN and hospice experience are preferred.
