We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and in accordance with physician orders
• Monitor residents' health status and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Document resident care and maintain accurate medical records
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory standards
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a positive environment

Skills and

Qualifications:

• Valid and active Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Prior experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a similar healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needs
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations

This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our seniors. The position isfull-time,working 8:00AM to 8:00 PM, withthe following rotating schedule:

• Week 1:Saturday, Sunday, and Thursday
• Week 2:Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
