Role: Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, monitoring conditions, administering treatments and medications, collaborating with families and care teams, and confidently educating patients.
Responsibilities: Deliver true 1:1 patient care, respond to changes in patient condition, and ensure personalized, manageable care at a comfortable pace.
Qualifications: Active RN license, current BLS certification, with 1+ year experience preferred.
