Animalife Pine Ridge is looking for a receptionist to join our close‑knit team. We are a 3‑doctor small animal hospital that practices progressive, compassionate medicine and surgery. Great communication skills and a great work ethic are a must.
You will get to enjoy our clients on the phone and in person. We are looking for someone who can multitask yet remain professional and courteous. The ideal candidate will create a wonderful first and last impression. We are busy, but expect all of our team to live out our mission statement and treat our clients as we would treat our families and our clients’ pets as though they were our own.
- Client relations, answering phones, and scheduling appointments
- Greeting clients in a warm manner
- Taking payment after services
- Daily reports, light cleaning duties, filing, and organizing
- Hands‑on care with patients
- Serving as the primary link in communication between the clients and the rest of the staff
- Avimark computer experience preferred
- Good computer skills, as we are a paperless office
Must be available to work days and a rotating Saturday schedule. Pre‑employment drug screening required.

- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Veterinary experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Front desk: 1 year (Required)
