The Horticulturist is a full-time, on-site role based at Driftwood Garden Center & Florist in Naples, FL. In this position, the team member will care for plants in the nursery and garden center, including planting, pruning, watering, fertilizing, and monitoring for pests and diseases. The Horticulturist will assist customers with plant selection, gardening advice, and product recommendations, while maintaining clean, safe, and visually appealing displays throughout the garden center.
Collaboration with the landscaping and florist teams to coordinate seasonal offerings and special projects is also part of the day-to-day.
