At Cat Care Clinic of Naples, cats aren’t part of what we do. They’re all we do. Since 1997, we’ve been Southwest Florida’s only cat-exclusive veterinary hospital, with every room, protocol, and workflow built entirely around the feline patient. We’re now searching for the right veterinarian who will help lead that vision into its next chapter.

This is more than a Medical Director position. No weekends. No after-hours. Monday through Friday.

You’ll lead a skilled, close-knit team while managing complex medical and surgical cases in an environment designed entirely around cats. Because we treat only felines, everything from our handling to our equipment is tuned to keep patients calm and help you practice at your very best.

You’re an experienced, collaborative veterinarian who leads by example and cares as much about your team as you do about your patients. You bring:

• 5+ years of clinical experience
• Significant feline experience (preferred)
• Fear Free certification, or a willingness to become certified

We believe the veterinarian who helps shape the hospital’s future should share in its success. Our compensation is designed to reward both your expertise today and your future commitment:

• $140,000 to $180,000 base salary
• Pro Sal production opportunities
• Leadership performance incentives
• $10,000 sign-on bonus
