Take ownership of every pool entrusted to you by consistently delivering exceptional pool care, identifying problems before they become larger issues, and providing a level of service that earns our customers' trust.

• Maintain assigned pools consistently to Summit Pools standards for cleanliness, water chemistry, and overall condition.
• Complete the assigned service route reliably and efficiently each week without sacrificing the quality of service.
• Identify and promptly communicate equipment problems, abnormal water conditions, safety concerns, and other issues requiring corrective action.
• Maintain complete and accurate service records for every visit, including services performed, chemical readings and chemicals added, and equipment concerns.
• Deliver a consistently professional customer experience that builds trust and strengthens the customer's relationship with Summit Pools.
• Maintain the assigned service vehicle, equipment, tools, and chemical inventory in clean, organized, safe, and properly stocked condition.

Previous pool service or maintenance experience is preferred, but experience alone does not define the person we are looking for. We are looking for someone with the talent, character, work ethic, and mindset to achieve these outcomes and grow with our company.

Knowledge of pool chemistry and equipment operation is preferred. A clean driving record, the ability to work independently, and the ability to work outdoors in Florida weather are required.

Location: Naples, Florida Compensation: Hourly pay based on experience
