The Quality Supervisor supports Parker’s Win Strategy by leading quality operations within the assigned value stream. This position is responsible for supervising inspection personnel, maintaining/improving quality processes, supporting production quality performance, ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements. The role provides day-to-day leadership for inspection and quality support activities, analyzes quality trends, supports root cause and corrective action efforts.

The position also partners with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to improve product quality, process capability, and overall value stream performance. This position may also serve as a backup to the Quality Engineer function as needed. This position directly supervises inspectors and other hourly Quality Department employees assigned to the value stream. The role interacts regularly with production employees, team leaders, supervisors, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, suppliers, customers, and quality leadership.

The position is expected to maintain effective communication across departments to support production flow, inspection priorities, quality issue resolution, audit readiness, and continuous improvement activities.

• Lead daily quality operations within the assigned value stream to ensure product conformity, customer satisfaction, and compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Supervise, train, coach, and develop inspection personnel and other assigned Quality Department employees.
• Coordinate daily inspection activities, prioritize workload, and support production schedules while maintaining required quality standards.
• Monitor quality performance, inspection results, nonconformances, scrap, rework, customer concerns, and cost-of-quality indicators.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support root cause analysis, corrective action, and preventive action activities for internal, customer, and supplier quality issues.
