This is a full-time on-site role for a Title Processor based in Naples, FL. The Title Processor will handle various aspects of the title and escrow process, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all documentation. Responsibilities include ordering searches and surveys, processing escrow files, and liaising with clients, lenders, and real estate agents to facilitate seamless transactions. Timely communication and organization will be key to coordinating all closing-related activities and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Spanish speaking is a plus
• Excellent Communication and strong Customer Service skills
• Experience with Escrow and Notary functions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines effectively
• Proficiency with Qualia and an ability to adapt quickly to new systems
• Experience in Florida real estate or title processing is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are an advantage
