Real Estate Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal with a strong background in residential and/or commercial real estate closings to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage real estate transactions from contract to post-closing
• Prepare and review closing documents, settlement statements, deeds, affidavits and loan documents
• Coordinate with lenders, title companies, realtors, buyers and sellers
• Order and review title commitments, surveys and HOA estoppels
• Schedule and facilitate closings
• Handle disbursements and post-closing follow-up
• Maintain accurate and organized transaction files

• Minimum 3+ years of real estate closing experience
• Proficient in preparing closing packages and settlement statements
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Experience with closing software
