Kitchen Manager
Head Pinz & Bowland Entertainment Centers

Location: Head Pinz Naples
Job Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Department: Kitchen
Reports To: General Manager

Position Overview

Head Pinz & Bowland Entertainment Centers are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team and deliver high-quality food in a fast-paced, energetic environment. This role is responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, managing staff, ensuring food quality and safety, and maintaining cost controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards.
  • Schedule, train, and supervise kitchen staff.
  • Monitor food preparation to ensure compliance with company recipes and presentation standards.
  • Manage food and labor costs, including ordering supplies and conducting weekly inventory.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
  • Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and properly maintained.
  • Uphold food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations.
  • Work closely with sales and event teams to execute group functions and special events.
  • Provide leadership, fostering teamwork and a positive work environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in the food & beverage, hospitality, or bowling/entertainment industry preferred.
  • Previous supervisory experience in a kitchen setting.
  • Serv Safe or equivalent food safety certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and kneeling.
  • Comfortable working in hot and cold environments.
  • Ability to operate various kitchen equipment safely.
